What is a Digit Tally?

A Digit Tally is what we at MultiGenrational call 'expense tracking,' or 'keeping your numbers.' It means keeping track of your expenses, and it's an incredibly illuminating tool for financial wellness. If you're not already doing this, I really suggest starting. You can start really simply, just by making a commitment to log any money you spend, without judgement or changing your buying behavior. Just observe yourself.

A simple way to do this is by using the app Google Sheets. Or, you can do it old-school and get a small notebook and a pen, and use a new page a day. Try doing it for 30 days, just observe yourself.

Might you be willing to start doing a Digit Tally today? Let me know in the comments!
