Here is a medal from a virtual Juneteenth run from the wonderful company called Actively Black. This company is all about freedom, harnessing the brand and marketing energy that big corporations have funneled from African American athletes, and channeling that into a Black-owned business instead.
Physical health is an essential part of freedom. When our bodies feel good, function well, that is wealth indeed.
