Money Excavation means digging out our beliefs related to money and investing. What got us to where we are today?
Here are some questions to write about in your money journal:
“What did my mother think about money and investing when I was a child?”
“What did my father think?“
If you had other caregivers than your biological parents, what did they think about money and investing when you were little?
“What do they think now?”
You might be surprised by the answers.
